Step-by-Step Registration Video
Hello! Today, I’d like to walk you through the steps for registering as a student at Richmond College. Registering is a straightforward process, and I’ll guide you through each step.
Step 1: Pre-Registration
1.1. Start by visiting the official website of Richmond College.
1.2. Click on the “Register” button on the main page.
1.3. On the next page, select “Pre-Register.”
Now, you’ll need to provide some personal information. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and select the program you’re interested in. It’s crucial to specify your program level. Additionally, fill in your current country and the name of the last school or university you attended. Don’t forget to include your phone number and the name of the person who referred you to Richmond College.
Once you’ve entered all the required information, click the “Register” button to complete the pre-registration process.
Step 2: Main Registration
2.1. Log in with the password sent to your email address.
2.2. Fill out the detailed registration form provided on the page. This form may require more comprehensive information, so ensure that you complete it accurately.
2.3. After filling out the form, navigate to the “Documents” section. 2.4. Here, you will be asked to upload necessary documents. These documents typically include your identification document (with a photo), your school transcripts from your most recent institution, and a document indicating your English language proficiency. You may also upload your diploma if applicable.
Step 3: Document Review
3.1. The Richmond College office will review the documents you’ve uploaded.
3.2. Following the document review, you will receive an “Offer Letter.” This letter will specify the program and level at which you have been accepted.
3.3. The Offer Letter will also provide information on the fees you need to pay and include a payment link.
Step 4: Payment
4.1. To initiate the registration process, complete the payment by using the provided payment link.
4.2. Upon successful payment, you and Richmond College will receive confirmation emails regarding the payment.
Step 5: Accessing the Learning Portal
5.1. The confirmation email will include instructions on how to register for the learning portal.
5.2. In this email, you will also receive a “Study Code.” This code is crucial and should not be shared with anyone.
5.3. You can now access the learning portal using this Study Code.
Step 6: Student Portal Registration
6.1. Return to the login page and click on the “Student Portal Login” button.
6.2. Use your Study Code and the provided password to create your account.
6.3. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and date of birth.
6.4. Complete the registration by entering your Study Code and choosing a password.
